The writer presented the information based on her opinion of the topic and also cited instances of events actually happening in our country today. She must have also read about these in the internet and on the news. The writer's answer on each item is precise and direct to the point. On the first question, she directly discussed the disparity in educational technology between First and Third World countries without so much unnecessary information. She answered each item with exact details that the question needs. The level of understanding of the writer is also shown in her answers, for example, in question number 2, she did not only accepted the presented idea, but also gave her own opinion on what educators should do in order to overcome this struggle of rural areas in our country. The writer's choice of words is also precise and vivid. It is completely understandable to the readers.

The writer's work is presented directly to the point, which a reflection should possess. I can say that she is truly knowledgeable about these topics. Thus I give her 3pts. in Content, 3pts. in Organization and 2.5pts. in Language, a total of 8.5pts.
